When arriving in one of the most exciting cities on the planet, Las Vegas, Nevada, I could not help but think about how engaging my Employer’s meetings would be. I knew it was a moment for serious decisions and maintaining a focused mind, the assemblies were an outstanding success and it was now time to relax and enjoy my surroundings of dazzling lights and all night vegas pleasure.
My initial encounter in my luxurious hotel’s casino was the sound of a woman behind the roulette tables cheering for joy after getting a grand prize of over twelve thousand dollars on a slot machine that took quarters and the audience that had gathered around her appear to be to be just as excited for the lady as she was for herself. That is excitement!
Me, well, I have always liked blackjack betting as well as poker, european and american roulette and baccarat and hunted down a black jack table where I could try my hand at it. The Vegas hotels are always totally full of gamblers. Every gambler around me seemed willing to part with their gambling cash and their gambling elation were high and I fell right in with them and laid my bet. Lost my first 2 hands but as I anticipated, after 30 minutes and two dealers into my evening, I departed the black jack table 375.00 dollars up. That is entertainment!
